Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while translating complex data into actionable insights for the Sales organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify market-level implications and drive performance conversations
- Develop tools and provide training to enhance field teams' ability to utilize data effectively in sales situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
