Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as embedded Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership for the assigned division, collaborating closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with sales leaders on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis, including distribution gap analysis and market-level implications of Strategic Account programming
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time support to enhance field teams' data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
