Job Summary
Dedicated to providing Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership for an assigned division, collaborating closely with sales leadership and translating complex data into actionable recommendations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
- Lead opportunity analysis and deliver insights on sales performance, risks, and market-level implications
- Partner with the Commercial Analytics Analyst on reporting and tool development, while providing market-specific training and support to field teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
