Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely with a preference for candidates in the Central US, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will serve as embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and growth opportunities within the assigned division.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence contact, collaborating daily with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, ensuring field teams effectively utilize data in sales situations
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and presentations for senior leadership, advancing a data-driven culture
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data for diverse stakeholders
