Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver insights and recommendations to drive sales performance, collaborate with sales leadership, and translate complex data into actionable strategies while working remotely, preferably from the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training to enhance field teams' use of data in selling situations
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics support and collaborate on Power BI reporting and tool development with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and BI team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
