Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering actionable insights and performance analysis while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis, identifying risks and growth opportunities to inform sales strategies
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time analytics support to enhance field team effectiveness in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts, including DAX-based analyses
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
