Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and collaborate closely with sales leadership to drive performance in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities and market-level implications for the division
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time support to enhance field team data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, including DAX-based analyses
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
