Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will serve as embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and training while collaborating with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the assigned division, maintaining close collaboration with sales leaders on performance and results
- Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform strategic actions
- Provide market-specific training and develop tools to enhance field teams' use of data in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
