Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership, serving as embedded Business Intelligence support while collaborating with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, delivering actionable insights to drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership and support key initiatives across planning and program tracking
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
