Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while translating complex data into actionable insights for the Sales organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating daily with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform strategic actions
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time support to enhance field teams' data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience necessary
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
