Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership while collaborating closely with sales leadership and managing performance-to-plan analysis in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and identify market-level implications of strategic account programming and distribution opportunities
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership, fostering a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience required
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
