Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and drive growth opportunities remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-specific implications and risks while providing training and tools for field teams
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, advancing a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience necessary
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
