Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and provide market-specific training while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
• Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform action
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations and support analytics processes across departments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
