Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and develop market-specific training while working remotely, preferably from the Western US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance-to-plan and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and provide actionable insights to drive performance and inform strategic decision-making
- Develop tools and deliver training to empower field teams in utilizing data effectively during sales interactions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling, with experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior leadership and collaborating across various sales levels
