Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, deliver actionable insights, and lead opportunity analysis while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leaders
• Deliver execution-focused insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations
• Translate complex data sets into clear recommendations and support market-specific training for field teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience interpreting DAX-based analyses
• Experience analyzing Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
