Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and lead opportunity analysis while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
• Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-level implications and communicating findings to drive performance-to-plan conversations
• Provide market-specific training and develop tools to enable field teams to effectively use data in selling situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
