Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering actionable insights and performance analysis while collaborating closely with sales leadership and a Commercial Analytics Analyst in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and identify growth opportunities
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, developing tools to enhance data usage in sales situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights; experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences
