Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as embedded Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely, preferably from the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver actionable insights and conduct opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Translate complex data into executive-level presentations and support analytics processes across departments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
