Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering actionable insights and collaborating with sales leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining communication with sales leaders on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, developing tools to enhance data utilization in sales situations
- Translate complex data into clear presentations for senior leadership, promoting a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or sales analytics, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
