Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership, collaborating closely with sales leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and identify growth opportunities, while working remotely with a preference for candidates located in the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
- Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-specific implications and communicating risks and opportunities to drive performance
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and executive-level presentations for senior leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
