Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide dedicated Business Intelligence support, delivering actionable insights and leading opportunity analysis while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity, preferably from the Western US.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leaders on performance and results
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform strategic actions
- Lead opportunity analysis and develop market-specific training tools to enhance field teams' use of data in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
