Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for a divisional book of business, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while translating complex data into actionable insights for the Sales organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership to drive performance discussions
- Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-level implications and communicating insights regarding sales and program results
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time support to enhance data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience in DAX-based analyses
- Ability to interpret and derive insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with experience presenting insights to senior leadership
