Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely in the Western United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver actionable insights and thought leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and identify growth opportunities
- Lead opportunity analysis and provide market-specific training and tools to empower field teams in utilizing data effectively
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience in report development and DAX-based analyses
- Ability to interpret Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data to derive insights
- Strong business acumen with the capability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
