Job Summary
Focused on delivering execution-driven insights, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support to a divisional team, translating complex data into actionable recommendations while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training to enhance field teams' data utilization in selling situations
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership and support key initiatives across planning and execution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex insights to diverse audiences
