Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, deliver actionable insights, and conduct opportunity analysis to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to identify risks and opportunities, driving performance-to-plan discussions
- Lead opportunity analysis, including distribution gap analysis and market-specific training for field teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
