Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence insights and leadership, collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance performance and identify growth opportunities while working remotely from the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
- Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan discussions and inform strategic actions
- Translate complex data into clear presentations for senior leadership and support the development of market-specific training tools for field teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or sales analytics, with alcohol beverage industry experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
