Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver insights and analytics to drive sales performance, collaborate with sales leaders, and develop market-specific tools and training, all while working remotely from the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and opportunities
- Lead opportunity analysis and provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and drive performance-to-plan discussions
- Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst to develop Power BI reports and support key initiatives across the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience in interpreting DAX-based analyses
- Experience with Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data analysis
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
