Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Analytics Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations including coordination of alignments, systems access, training logistics, sample distribution, fleet, and roster updates
• Administer Veeva CRM and partner with cross-functional teams for upgrades and integrations
• Maintain and update data accuracy in Ardelyx Insights to support field execution and commercial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales operations, commercial analytics, or sales enablement
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, sales cycles, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
