Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the commercial tech stack, managing user provisioning and vendor relationships
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders requesting system changes, gathering requirements for actionable configurations
• Build and maintain integrations between commercial tools, ensuring reliable data flow across systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in business systems, sales operations, or revenue operations at a B2B technology or SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with commercial tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, or Salesloft
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a user or light administrator
• Experience or strong curiosity about integration platforms like Celigo or Zapier
• A genuine interest in revenue technology and a desire to grow within the commercial stack
