Job Summary

Working remotely from designated states, the full-time salaried Commercial Appraisal Analyst will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, analyzing market data, and preparing detailed reports for commercial real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property appraisals for commercial real estate
• Analyze market trends and data to inform appraisal reports
• Prepare detailed and accurate appraisal reports for review and presentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Experience in commercial real estate appraisal or valuation
• Knowledge of appraisal methodologies and market analysis
• Certification or licensure as a commercial appraiser preferred
• Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite
