A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Integration) to support post-signing integration work following a major acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer, distributor, and contractor-related agreements
• Review and prioritize key revenue-generating agreements
• Provide negotiation support and develop pragmatic disposition strategies

Required Qualifications

• Strong commercial contracting experience
• Sound business judgment
• Ability to operate independently
• Experience working closely with in-house leadership
• Availability for 30-40 hours per week for approximately three months
