Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Law Associate or Senior Counsel (Commercial Attorney).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated business-to-business supply agreements and other complex commercial documents
• Manage intricate commercial matters efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex business-to-business commercial agreements
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience representing manufacturers in business-to-business commercial arrangements is preferred
• Prior big law and in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required
