Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Support global sales organization with contract review and negotiation
Provide legal advice to various business clients and lead strategic contract negotiations
Stay updated on legal developments in the biotechnology industry and collaborate with internal teams

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of commercial agreement experience in health law, medical device, or life sciences
Knowledge of health law including fraud and abuse laws, compliance, HIPAA, and National Physician Payment Transparency Program
Commercial and Government Payer experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
