Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in good standing
• Experience in commercial law, particularly in hospitality or procurement sectors
• Familiarity with IT and privacy regulations
• Ability to work remotely and accommodate a 25-hour workweek
