Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney focused on the Food & Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply-side agreements and goods and services agreements
• Draft legal documents such as notices, demand letters, and side letters
• Collaborate with business partners to tailor agreements and negotiate revisions

Required Qualifications

• Mid- to senior-level commercial attorney experience
• Strong background in commercial contracting, particularly in the consumer goods sector
• Law firm training preferred
• Ability to work on overflow projects related to real property, trademarks, or regulatory research
• Familiarity with negotiating contracts from either side is a plus
