Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Law Associate or Senior Counsel (Commercial Attorney).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Focus on business-to-business supply agreements and other intricate commercial documents
• Manage and oversee various commercial matters efficiently and effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business-to-business commercial agreements
• Strong academic credentials with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals
• Prior big law and in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required
