Job Summary
To support business growth, the full-time remote Commercial Attorney will design, review, and manage the global contract infrastructure, ensuring efficient contract lifecycle management while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Information Security teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements to accelerate deal velocity
- Manage the legal department's intake queue within Salesforce, establishing triage patterns for efficient inquiry resolution
- Utilize and improve contract management software to streamline reviews and reduce administrative friction
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements within a corporate environment
- Experience with Salesforce and contract management lifecycle (CLM) platforms
- A formal legal education background, such as a J.D. or LL.M., or robust corporate paralegal credentials
- Proven history of leveraging legal automation tools to decrease deal cycle times
- Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships across teams
