Commercial Attorney
Job Summary
Seeking a commercially minded full-time Commercial Attorney, the ideal candidate will manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and vendor agreements while providing real-time legal guidance across various internal teams in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the drafting, review, and negotiation of a high volume of customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, WSAs, NDAs, and strategic partner agreements
- Partner closely with sales, support, and go-to-market teams to efficiently structure and close complex revenue-generating telecom and technology deals
- Provide real-time legal guidance to internal stakeholders, managing matters from contract negotiation through dispute resolution
Required Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
- 5-10+ years of legal experience, with both law firm and meaningful in-house experience preferred
- Experience in telecom is required
- Strong background in complex commercial contracting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Experience supporting revenue teams in a fast-paced, high-growth company
