Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney.

Responsibilities:

Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS and service agreements
Update contract templates and negotiation playbooks
Participate in projects to improve contracting efficiency and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in commercial transactions
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one state
Experience with Microsoft products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience with contract management, reporting, or workflow software tools is a plus
