Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney for their remote legal position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers and partners
• Supporting regional Marketing teams on contractual matters and privacy and competition law
• Identifying legal and operational risks and advising the business on options and consequences

Required Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in English, ability to negotiate in other languages is desired
• Understanding of software development and business models in the industry
• 3-5 years of applicable in-house or commercial law firm experience
• License to practice law
