Commercial Attorney (Ad-tech)

Job Summary

Providing interim support for commercial contracting needs, the part-time hourly Commercial Attorney (Ad-tech) will manage SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, and AI-related contracts in a remote capacity for approximately one month.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including SaaS and vendor agreements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop practical solutions that align with business objectives
• Support the company's day-to-day commercial contracting needs while ensuring compliance and risk management

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in commercial contracting, particularly within technology or media sectors
• Prior experience in ad tech is preferred
• Strong issue-spotting skills and commercial judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
