Commercial Attorney - Food & Beverage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Food & Beverage/CPG).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, Work Orders, Influencer Agreements, Recruiter Agreements, SaaS T&Cs, and Hotel/Event Contracts
• Support the legal team in various commercial transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Junior to mid-level commercial attorney experience
• Background in Food & Beverage or high-growth CPG industries
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal setting
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, fully remote
• Willingness to start ASAP and potential for conversion based on performance
