A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with Hospitality Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal partner to U.S. operations, advising hotel leadership
• Handle a broad range of legal matters including commercial contracts, real estate, and regulatory compliance
• Support post-acquisition integration and provide legal guidance in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors
• Deep exposure to commercial contracting and real estate matters
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Availability for 15-25 hours per week, starting ASAP for a 6+ month project
• Preferred candidates located in the Eastern Time zone (Greater Boston and Miami/Ft. Lauderdale)
