Commercial Attorney (Retail)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Retail) to provide part-time legal support for commercial contracting work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial contracting work including sale of goods agreements, retail leases, and vendor contracts
• Manage agreements related to SaaS, inventory management, ecommerce, and website operations
• Work independently and integrate into a lean in-house legal team after onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one state
• Experience in commercial contracting, particularly in retail or related sectors
• Ability to work remotely and manage flexible hours between 10 to 15 hours per week
• Previous experience with SaaS agreements is preferred
