Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney to join their legal team in a high-growth telecom and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of customer and vendor agreements
• Provide real-time legal guidance to internal stakeholders and support complex revenue-generating deals
• Identify opportunities to streamline contracting processes and assist with employment-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
• 5-10+ years of legal experience, preferably with law firm and in-house experience
• Strong background in complex commercial contracting and negotiation
• Experience in telecom or similar technical environments is highly valued
• Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with evolving processes
