Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with Telecom or Voice ID Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the legal team during a hiring gap by managing renewals, customer support matters, and new commercial agreements
• Work closely with sales teams to drive deals forward in a fast-paced environment
• Provide legal guidance on complex contracts, including data terms and AI-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in SaaS and experience in telecom or complex contracting environments
• Prior experience supporting sales teams
• Ability to operate with sound judgment and communicate risk effectively
• Experience with procurement support is a plus
• Remote work capability for a duration of 3 months, 40 hours a week
