Key Responsibilities

• Assist the navigation product team with inbound transactions and licensing agreements
• Handle a variety of commercial data, IP, and software licensing agreements
• Provide product counseling and support for content licensing deals

Required Qualifications

• Prior and recent experience in commercial data, IP, or software licensing agreements
• Experience with content licensing deals for maps and supplier agreements
• Strong drafting skills
• Prior product counseling experience is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and commit to 40 hours per week for up to 18 months
