Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including NDAs, purchase and sales agreements, licensing, and equipment rental contracts
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and engage directly with customers, including mid to senior-level executives
• Support the sales organization during a period of rapid growth

Required Qualifications

• Seasoned attorney with strong sell-side experience
• Background in tech hardware, particularly in the semiconductor industry
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong executive presence and sound judgment
• Experience managing priorities and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
