Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with Tech Hardware Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, purchase and sales agreements, licensing, and equipment rental contracts
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and engage directly with customers, including mid to senior-level executives
Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to support the sales organization

Required Qualifications

Seasoned attorney with strong sell-side experience
Background in tech hardware
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities effectively
Strong executive presence and sound judgment
Availability to support Pacific Time working hours
