A company is looking for a Commercial Claims Lead Adjuster- Auto BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, negotiating settlements with involved parties
• Coach and mentor lower-level adjusters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 10 or more years of related claims experience with a proven track record at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjusters' licenses in relevant states, with the ability to obtain additional licenses as needed
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
